Real estate is not a one-size-fits-all business, and I have never believed in treating it that way. I came into this industry with an unconventional background: building tires on a factory floor, supervising and training teams in fast-paced food service environments, and advising businesses on social media strategy and brand growth. Each of those chapters taught me something different. Factory work taught me discipline and process. Leadership in food service taught me how to stay calm and decisive under pressure. And years of crafting marketing strategies for real businesses taught me that attention, storytelling, and the right platform can completely change outcomes. I brought all of that into real estate, and it shows in how I work.

In 2025, I was named Rookie of the Year at EXIT Realty Group, and what that award taught me is something I carry into every client relationship: you do not have to be the loudest, the oldest, the most experienced, or the most seasoned person in the room to move mountains. You just have to show up with intention and a strategy that actually fits. That is exactly what I do for every listing. I build a custom marketing plan for each property, selecting the best combination of media, platforms, and creative content to put that home in front of the right buyers and maximize its exposure in a way that is unique to regular marketing strategies.

I completed the Real Estate Salesperson Program at Humber College, and I serve clients in Belleville, Quinte West, Napanee, Stone Mills, Stirling-Rawdon, Kingston and the surrounding communities of Lennox and Addington and Hastings County. I work with first-time buyers, move-up buyers (family upsize), and sellers, and I am also well-versed in single-family and investment properties.

What drives me is not the transaction; it is the relationship. Every client I work with is someone I genuinely invest in, and many become lifelong connections. I grew up in Napanee and I still love this area deeply. I am a toddler mom, which has honestly been my greatest teacher in patience and trusting the process while knowing that meaningful, consistent action is what creates real results. When I am not working, I am with my family, travelling when I can, digging into a good book or podcast, or finding fresh inspiration in the world of marketing and innovation. That curiosity is not separate from how I work; it is exactly what keeps my approach sharp, creative, and always one step ahead.
